HP Slate Confirmed As Real Tablet Display

HP Slate Confirmed As Real

HP bought Palm. People immediately began to suspect that the slate HP was delayed in order to obtain WebOS (Palm mobile operating system) on the device, thus becoming the first WebOS Slate to exist. Finally, HP decides to speak about the product, and rumors started flying that she might have with Windows 7, he would be killed, or that it would once again resurface as a product WebOS equipped.

Now the truth has finally been revealed. In an interview with Fortune this week, HP Personal Systems Group VP Todd Bradley said that the list we’ve all been wondering about is “more specific to the customer that all deployed” and that HP should start The Microsoft-equipped ship (which means Windows 7, we suspect) products to its corporate customers in the autumn. So there is good news and bad news here. The good news is that life HP Slate, but the bad news is that it can never really be sold to ordinary consumers. It is strange to think that HP would announce the slate at a Consumer Electronics Show, which convert into a framework of business once they have our attention. But who knows, maybe slate with Windows 7 is now the slate was now once WebOS captured by Palm.

NOKIA C7 WITH 8mp camera

Recently, Nokia had announced their new C series phones. These phones include the dual SIM ability, but being low-end phones of C Series, they lack features like a High Quality Camera or Symbian OS.In  C Series of Nokia phone has surfaced and this time, The new Nokia C7 if the rumours are to be believed, is a new Symbian 3 phone which maybe launched by Nokia in the near future. The phone is also rumoured to have an 8MP Camera with LED Flash, Face Detection, 3.5 Capacitive Touch Screen, Multi Touch Support and Stereo Speakers. To support the rumour, some pictures of the phone have also been leaked. In the nokia c7  we can make out that a front video-call camera is visible near the top of the screen. It looks like the size of the touch-screen is about 3.5 inches and the call receive/end keys are also touch based. Also, it is clearly visible that the Nokia C7 has music keys and a camera shutter key too. the C7 doesn’t follow the trend of Nokia’s previous full-touch smartphones in terms of design, and it might not be what Nokia fans are expecting from a new high-end handset.

Telus boosting mobile speeds to 42Mbps with Dual Cell, users can expect 8Mbps

Canadian wireless, wireline and broadband operator Telus Corp has begun work on doubling the maximum theoretical data speed of its mobile network to 42Mbps by the first quarter of 2011, reports The Globe and Mail. Currently, peak download capability of 21Mbps is supported via HSPA+ technology across the national 3G network which Telus launched in partnership with Bell in November 2009 under a cost-saving agreement. The new upgrades, currently in laboratory testing, allow Dual-Cell compatible devices to access data services at up to 42Mbps in perfect conditions, though the company said it expects average commercial speeds to be around 8Mbps – roughly double the actual speeds experienced by its current HSPA+ users. Telus indicated the new, faster technology should become commercially available in the first quarter of 2011, with a wireless modem to be the first compatible device available over the network. Handsets with the capability to take advantage of the new speeds are not expected to be released for a further year.
