HOW TO RECOVER YOUR SONY VAIO LAPTOP

IN SONY VAIO LAPTOP SOME OF THE RECOVERY OPTION         CAN  BE GIVEN VERY EASILY AND SOME  OF THE OPTION CANNOT GIVE EASY.IT CAN BE VERY TWIST.

SOME OF THE STEPS CAN RECOVER VERY EASY.

1.open the sony vaio laptop by using windows 7,vista or xp.

2. In the desktop right click the vaio care option is avaliable .or top of the desktop the vaio care is avaliable

.

3.open the VAIO care. The vaio care dialog box appear.

4. In the dialog box select the recovery option.in that there are two option (Restore and recovery) .click the recovery option the small dialog box will appear.

5.To make recovery u want 4 are 5 DVD ,or 9 CD .then only want to recover the files and document.

6.If u insert the CD OR DVD the data can recover within  half an hour.

7.If not possible (e.g. your system's crippled), try this: restart your laptop, and start hitting F10 continuously as it turns on and until you see a horizontal white bar loading at the bottom of your screen
